Singaporeans love free things to the extent that we are willing to queue for hours for anything, as long as it is free of charge. With Singapore being the most expensive country in the world to be　buying a car,　the cost-saving aspect of car ownership will have to come from　petrol　and parking cost.

We compiled a list of places with free parking for Singaporeans to help them save on car park fees.

While compiling, here are the different free parking methods which some of the venues are on:

  • Free parking all day. These venues are usually parks or nature reserves where one can enjoy free parking all day.
    Do take note that not all the carparks have free parking.
  • Some malls implemented lunchtime free parking to attract Singaporeans to dine at the mall for lunch.
  • There are also car parks where free parking is only after certain timing.
