要看一下样本数量如果5房只是卖出1,2个,那就没什么代表意义了。

统计数据受样本限制punggol地铁站旁的那些组屋都是少于10年,4房基本都是50万朝上,大部分5房都是60万左右,甚至还有80万左右的五房成交记录。
但是轻轨坐两三站有近20年的组屋5房可以40万出头拿下。所以想买punggol的房子还是要实地考察,按block查询历史价格。
