Roles & Responsibilities
Preferabley Entry Level specialised in Engineering - M&E / Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent

Drafting M&E services and Building Works in 3D using Revit Software

Co-Ordinating of Building & M&E services and produce combined services drawing

Document controller for Building Works and M&E Works

Preparing of shop drawings with neat Detailing

Develop MEP 3D files in to 2D cad files drawing per standard

Revit MEP - Assist both internal and external team members in the development of construction document and as-built document creation and maintenance work side

Auto Cad / MS Office

Wide spread knowledge in Revit 3D designing

Skilled and experience in modelling, execution and coordination of complex M&E services and Construction services.



Requirements

An experienced with 4 years plus & skills in BIM Revit

Develop MEP 3D files in to 2D files drawing as per standard

Preparing of shop drawings with neat Detailing

Linking CAD/REVIT files and perform collaboration

Maintaining proper file location and REVIT work set details

Working with project team to prepare details shop drawings and as built drawings for submission

To develop & coordinate technical drawings for submission & construction

Preparing shop drawings for all services as per client standards and relevant agencies requirements

Preparing of Section drawings in different views

Knowledge in project Brower, visibility Graphics, Scope Box, Materials, Drafting view

Prepaing the Request for Information (RFI) when any insufficient data in the drawings

Ensure the updated drawings get ready for construction

Roles & Responsibilities

1) Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development

2) Determine and present estimates of operational cost

3) Evaluate operations and process

3) Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency

4) Implement improvements to design and process

5) Test material and structural integrity

6) Reserach the environmental impact of projects

7) Incorporate eco-friendly and sustainable features into design plans

8) Create graphical representations of proposed solutions

9) Prepare proposal documents and presentations

10) Compile and present reports expalining project details to non-technical stakeholders

11) Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications and safety standards

12) Direct engineering activities, assign taks, provide training and support

13) Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines

14) Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities

15) Collobrate with management to align activities with desired business outcome

Requirements

a) Bachelor's Degree / Diploma In Civil / Structural Engineering

b) Exemplary critical thnking, analytical and compled problem solving skill

c) Knowledge of engineering, technology, building construction and design

d) Fimilar with scienific analysis software as well as graphics and map creation software

e) Proven in managing personel and material resources
