招聘：NIR and Analytical Service Specialist

在公司工作两年半了，最近接了新的role，所以希望尽快找到我的replacement。JD如下：
1) develop and conduct PNE/NIR prediction service to support business
2) maintain and improve local NIR database and calibration to meet needs of customized services
3) promote PNE services to our clients including visits, communication and seminar
4) build good support with customers, to understand their needs and to assist them in solving problems
5) lead development if specific NIR database
6) liaise with HQ R&D, NIR, technical and marketing teams, to contribute to future PNE
7) maintain close contact with NIR suppliers, negociate prices, delivery and technical training on NIR instruments and applications
8) manage one lab assistant
9) supervise lab analytical services and conmunication with sales force and clients
10) coordinate validation of analytical methods among Carat Lab, contracted labs in Asia Pacific region and support analytical needs in countries

Candidate profile:
1) Mater degree or higher, in chemistry, animal sciences, food sciences, or related areas with min 3 years' working experience
2) Fluent in English (writing and speaking), any Asian language is an additional asset
3) Good interpersonal and communication skills
4) Able to work and solve problems independently
5) Prior experiences in NIR, HPLC and lab analyses are desired
6) Frequent travel within region
