有谁share maternity leave过
1jia1 • • 44756 次浏览我们公司的HR非常的substandard, 问他们share maternity leave，他们告诉我要emplyee 自己申请，可是我进去Mom的网站里面只有employor 和self employed/parent 可以选。
应该是谁来申请的呢？是妈妈,妈妈的雇主？爸爸，爸爸的雇主？
真的是很混乱。 先行谢过。

没申请过，但是感觉你们hr说的是对的呀妈妈去mom申请分一部分给爸爸，hr怎么帮你操作呢？
不然发信去mom问吧，应该几天之内就有答复 -

的确要自己先申请的How to apply: If you are an employee
1. Your wife will need to inform her employer of her intention to share GPML. Her entitlement of paid maternity leave will be adjusted to 15 weeks accordingly.
2. Your wife must register the sharing of leave online via the Shared Parental Leave Allocation System (SPLAS) with her SingPass. Mothers who do not have a SingPass may request for a hardcopy SPLAS Form from us at [email protected].
3. After she has registered on SPLAS, she will need to print out hardcopies of her registration and send a copy each to her employer and your employer. If a hardcopy form is used, both you and your spouse must complete, sign off and submit the form (with all relevant documents) to your employer when you apply for SPL.

我这个是特殊情况，唉宝宝马上就一岁了，怎么也是要过期了。也是没办法

我家情况也是和宝妈一样，马上maternity leave就要到期了，可是老板不高兴我拿leave宝宝出生以后也可以share吗，
请教宝妈，宝宝快一岁了可以再改变主意跟爸爸share吗，还以为要生之前就确定要不要share呢 -

这个真不知道了可是老板凭什么不给？这个是法律规定的，就拿了他也不敢怎么样

没说不给，就是不高兴，说我最近拿leave 太多了，唉唉

就是这么打算的，所以想着把Leave share给老公，早点清完leave，我就丢信

所以一次性拿完比较好剩下一个月慢慢拿 挺麻烦的 也成了老板的眼中钉
