IT男香港机会！投行C++ Manager (senior VP/D)，常驻香港，偶尔出差上海东京

投行职位，IT男请进，做trading platform，技术是C/C++，必须会Linux，也应该会写点Perl或Python scripts，带领5-10人的C++ developers。做过 large scale real-time systems, data structures and algorithms。
开放团队在香港，上海，东京（不需要会日文），所以偶尔出差看望他们。。。
级别是Senior VP到junior Director这样的级别，所以工资可观，成功的童鞋别忘了请狮城帮君吃小笼包哦

要求：
Track record of hiring, retaining and motivating developers.
Proven staff management experience of 5+ person team of skilled technologists in a large corporation environment
Experienced in project management, project reporting, basic budgeting
Background in C/ C++ skills with 5+ years experience writing production code
Proficiency with Linux a must, skilled in writing Python/Perl scripts an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in building client-server, distributed, real-time, performance-critical, highly available, or large-scale, latency sensitive trading environment
Knowledge of trading algorithms and algorithmic trading engines
Broader knowledge of financial technologies and business applications useful but not required
