我的出生证明上面我妈的名字是她的旧名字，现在ICA要我补交两个材料。一个是我妈改名字的证明。还有一个是Letter from the Embassy，The letter should explain the name difference in Applicant's Passport and Sponsor's Birth Certificate. 这个Letter from the Embassy 我不知道去哪里弄，请问有人知道吗？谢谢
