Terms and conditions

Sales period

Until 15 August 2017.

Travel period

18 September–30 November 2017, 15 January–22 March 2018 and 5 April–30 June 2018.

Minimum stay

5 days or the night between Saturday and Sunday.

Maximum stay

1 month.

Advance purchase

Tickets must be purchased at least 3 days before departure.

Child/infant discount

25% off the price before taxes for children between 2 and 11 years of age travelling with an adult; 90% off the price before taxes for infants under 2 years of age travelling without their own seat.

Stopovers

Two stopovers permitted in Helsinki, one free of charge and another one for an additional charge of 120 SGD. Bookings with stopovers in Helsinki can conveniently be booked here. A stopover can be up to 5 days long.

Changes

Changes are not permitted.

Cancellation

Tickets are non-refundable. Full refund permitted in case of rejection of visa or death of passenger or family member. No refund in case of no-show.

Other terms and conditions

Fares are for a return flight, and include one piece of luggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg, as well as all taxes and charges, but a credit card surcharge may apply.

Seats are limited, fares are subject to availability, and may not be available on all flights. Flights may not be operated daily.
