1. Senior / Engineer, Electrical X3



Job Description

. Designs and develops analog and digital circuits for automotive embedded controllers.

. Performs Worst Case Analysis (WCA) and bench testing.

. Ensures design compliance to customer specification.

. Supports sample builds, analyzes and troubleshoots samples in the lab and if needed at the customer site.

. Supports the definition of complex electrical designs and monitors results.

. Supports and documents design meetings.

. Ensures that the electrical design meets requirements, works with the project lead and/or customer to make sure requirements are totally understood.

. Successfully communicates appropriate project information to cross-functional teams and management.

. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems.

. Supports quotation activities for potential new projects.



Job Requirements

. Masters or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

. At least 2 years of working experience automotive industry or embedded system development is preferred.

. Know-how and experience in analog and digital electronic design, simulation, test and validation.

. Ability to apply design/development tools as required (FMEA, 8D Methodology,etc).

. Good knowledge in using E-CAD, simulation and calculation software tools.

. Good knowledge of DC and AC electronics, discrete filters, AD/DA circuitry, Digital Controllers, Voltage Regulators, Power Management circuits, ESD, EMI and low Frequency circuitry.

. Good knowledge of Electrical test bench equipment, Oscilloscope, DMM, Power Analyzer and Frequency Counter.

. 3+ years of experience in analog and power electronics design and development.

. Familiar with EE design and control algorithms for BLDC motors a plus.

. Automotive engineering experience a plus.

. Ready and eligible for international travel.

. Pro-active, self-motivated and a team player.



2.Senior / Engineer, Mechanical X2



Job Description . Design mechanical components, housings and connectors made through machining, die-casting, plastic injection or sheet metal design

. Develop new products from requirement analysis, architecture creation, detail design, off-tool evaluation till mass production.

. Prepare engineering documents, specifications and reports



Job Requirements . Degree in Mechanical Engineering field with at least 2 years’ working experience in design environment.

. In-depth knowledge in machining, die casting, plastic injection or sheet metal design

. Strong knowledge of design analysis and tolerance stacks calculations.

. Good knowledge in manufacturing and assembly processes.

. Experience in PTC Creo/WISE or CATIA V5

. Proactive and adaptable to a multinational environment.

. Team player with good communication skills.

. Self motivated with strong passion in engineering

. Customer oriented and able to work systematically under tight schedule.

. Ready and eligible for international travel.





3. Principal / Senior / Engineer, Mechatronics X1



Job Description . Develop Transmission Control Units (TCUs) and platform components. Responsible for all sensoric, material and packaging topics within development and the production support of TCUs

. Direct contact with Asian customers and material suppliers

. Coordination of the mechatronic tasks out of the different projects teams in Asia as well as with different functions e.g. R&D departments, Project Management, Quality, Purchasing and production locations worldwide

. Coordination and performance of mechanical, electrical and chemical analyzes of electronics (microscopy, metallography, material tests, Scanning Electronic Microscope)

Job Requirements . Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Material, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or similar

. At least 3 years of working experience in electronic development or production, preferably/especially in automotive business

. Ready and eligible for international travel

. Proficiency in MS-Office Tools

. Good customer and quality orientation

. Self-motivated with a determination to overcome hurdles

. Pro-active, a team player and adaptable in multinational environment
