在offer里面有句话：
During the period of probation, your services are terminable by giving one months's written notice or one month's basic salary in lieu thereof on either side at the sole discretion of the company's management.
thereof 后面那段什么意思？

就是probation期间公司有权提前一个月通知解雇你或者直接赔偿一个月薪水吧

应该是给一个月薪水或提前一个月通知二选一，具体选哪个由公司管理层决定

on either side就是对等权利，你也有权利给一个月通知活着一个月钱。if either side wants to exit the agreement, there are two options:
1.Provide one month of notice and exit at the end of that period or
2.Provide one month of salary and exit immediately (or at the time of one's choice).
后面写了at the sole discretion of companies' management，意思虽然有这两个选择，到时候如果谈不拢，由公司决定你选哪个。 -

如果你离职的话可以提前一个月通知，也可以赔一个月薪水直接走人最后的意思就是跟T&C ,保留最终解释权
