If you are currently working, and your household income is within $12,000 / per capita income is within $3,000, you may be eligible for AS from Jan 2020. If you wish to apply for AS, we strongly encourage you to submit Form 2 (Subsidy Update and Special Approval Application) to your centre (to update your income) within the next 2 weeks so that we can process the application in a timely manner.

去年我填表申请了算上我妈，没批。我妈是365天都在这里的。
今年大概能够到80元补贴那档等1月份填表再申请一下。 -

本身真不太清楚搜了一下，这么说
“both parents are required to declare their employment details to the centre in order to claim subsidy. For a parent who is a salaried employee, the average monthly household income will be based on the average monthly income received over the latest available 12-month period including bonuses, commissions, overtime pay and allowances. ECDA will determine your income by screening with the Central Provident Fund (CPF) Board upon receiving your consent. For a parent who is self-employed, please submit the latest Notice of Assessment (NOA) from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and any other required supporting documents for our assessment.”
