Keras is good at front-endTensorflow is good at back-end.
They can work closely.
Apart from it, theano and MS CNTK can also act as backend working closely with Keras.
Yes, Keras is not bad.

Caffe is goodThe latest caffe is better. The con is the creator has joined in FB. Dont know what will happen later to Caffee.

It dependson ur objectives.
Every one has a reason to surve some purposes.
Just some personal points are
Rapidminer is fast but commetcial license is not economic
Knime can use harddisk efficiently than most of the tools but the strong point is his weakness m it is slow.
Orange is good to demo to senior management and it is based on python which can evolve. And yes his functions are not as strong as others.it is mainly for non DL machine learning.
