大家好，我刚刚才到pr批准了，是老公担保的，想要登陆cpf 去做health declaration，但是登陆我的sing pass进去之后提示only permanent residence applicant can do the declaration，没有办法进到下一步。登陆我老公的sing pass可以输reference no，但是输入之后提示没有records，大家有遇到同样的情况吗？求指教，谢谢！
