我刚刚拿到PR。今天提交了妈妈的LTVP申请。傍晚收到ICA的信要求提供以下资料。请问ICA要求这么多资料正常吗？我妈妈的毕业证书、结婚证是一定要提供的吗？这个没有带过来无法提供原件和翻译件。有谁遇到类似的情况请帮忙解答一下，谢谢！

Please call in person at Visitor Services Centre, Visit Pass (4th Storey, ICA Building) on Monday to Friday between 8am and 10am, excluding Public Holidays, with the following original documents:

  • A copy of this notice
  • A copy of duly completed Form 14.
  • 1 recent passport sized colour photograph which meets the following requirements to be pasted on the top right-hand corner of Form 14:
    • The photograph image must be taken within the last 3 months;
    • The photograph should be in colour, must be taken against a white background with a matt or semi-matt finish;
    • The photograph image must show the full face and without headgear (headgear worn in accordance with religious or racial customs is acceptable but must not hide the facial features);

  • Applicant's existing Visit Pass
  • Applicant's passport. A copy of the applicant's passport particulars page must be submitted to ICA
  • Applicant's DE Card
  • Applicant's educational certificate(Original and Photocopy)
  • Applicant's Child's Identity Card(Original and Photocopy)
  • Applicant's marriage certificate. If the applicant is divorced, the applicant's divorce certificate. If the applicant is widowed, the death certificate of ex-spouse(Original and Photocopy)
  • Sponsor's passport. A copy each of the sponsor's particulars page and backpage must be submitted to ICA
  • Sponsor's birth certificate showing the relationship between the applicant and sponsor (Original and Photocopy)
  • Sponsor's educational certificate(Original and Photocopy)
  • Sponsor's marriage certificate. If the sponsor is divorced, the sponsor's divorce certificate. If the sponsor is widowed, the spouse's death certificate
  • Sponsor's child(ren)'s birth certificate(s) (Original and Photocopy)
  • Sponsor's letter of employment (dated within one month of application submission) stating date of commencement, designation and salary per month;(Original and Photocopy)
  • Sponsor's payslips for the last 6 months (Original and Photocopy)
  • Sponsor's CPF Statement showing monthly CPF contribution for the last 12 months;
  • Sponsor's Income Tax Notice of Assessment for the last 3 years (Original and Photocopy);
  • Sponsor's valid Registration Certificate from the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) (if any)(Original and Photocopy)
  • Sponsor's Profit and Loss Statement for the last 3 years(Original and Photocopy)
  • Sponsor's spouse's latest letter of employment (dated within one month of application submission), date of commencement, designation and salary per month(Original and Photocopy)
  • Sponsor's Spouse's CPF Statement showing monthly CPF contribution for the last 12 months;
  • Sponsor's spouse's Income Tax for the last 3 years (Original and Photocopy)
    Sponsor's payment receipts from Official Assignee for the past 6 months or Insolvency Administration Information (IIAI) printout which sponsor can now print via http://www.mlaw.gov.sg/io using his/her SingPass;
  • Letter from School/Organisation(Original and Photocopy)
  • Documentary proof of child studying in Singapore (e.g. Latest School fees receipt, Latest Letter from school) dated within last 1 month(Original and Photocopy)
