我告诉她,现在的价钱已经起了二次,比刚推出来价钱高5%。6月1号开始NON-STARBUY unit 的额外折扣的顶限会从3%调整到2%。
为什么?因为西部裕廊湖地区的两个公寓地段都是同一个发展商MCL买下的,根本没有其他新公寓可以竞争的,加上最近新马高铁新加坡终点站的确认,价格只会起不会落。算起来 Trilinq勉强算是唯一一个可以相提并论的。

没有,应该还有40%左右没有卖出,都是3房,4房居多。
