那他是priority banking的客户吗
如果不是priority也可以 那渣打写这个条件出来，是装大爷吗 -

它说的是citizen、pr需30k
或拿ep的需60k
非以上的non-priority/private客户才需要150k
你理解成第三条overwrite上面2条了？ -
