competency in real estate area
2. Schools: 985 universities in China, and top universities in the world
3. Degree: Ph.D. 【We also accept masters from Top 50 universities (according to U.S. News Ranking)】
4. Majors: real estate related areas including Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, and
Design. We also welcome graduates majoring in Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Mathematics,
Statistics, and Computer Science.
5. Others: working experience preferred
1.) Real Estate Project Development Track (Division Level, Department Level, or Project Level):
Land – Acquisition, Surveying, Approvals, Site Improvement, etc.
Construction Management – Scheduling, Operation Management, Subcontractor Management, etc.
Financial Management – Cost Management, Bookkeeping, Profit & Loss, etc.
Sales and Marketing – Market Research, Sales Process Improvements, Marketing, Advertising,
Customer Relations, etc.
2.) Strategy and Management Track:
Developing strategies for brand management, culture management for Country Garden Group, for
regional offices, and for individual projects.
3.) Human Resources Track:
Handling and developing strategies for various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment,
payroll, compensation, training, etc.
4.) Statistics and Data Analysis Track:
Building various databases and developing strategies to implement analyses and findings.
5.) Information and Technology Track:
Improving company’s IT implementation at the corporate level and at various real estate development
projects
