Responsibilities

v Primary responsibility for research and resolution of internal and external customer queries that support LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy and User Agreement.
v Effectively recognize problems by performing relevant research and data analysis using appropriate tools, resources and internal and external subject matter experts.
v Drive efficiency gains by identifying and taking actions on gaps in existing workflows.
v Participate in cross-functional, global initiatives by identifying potential current or future site-related risks and driving recommendations to resolution.
v Establish effective cross-functional working relationships across multiple business units and organizational levels.
v Consistent and appropriate sense of urgency combined with proper discretion in resolving issues.
v Ability to work effectively using blended communication technologies.
v Attend ongoing industry and/or professional development training.

Requirements

v Excellent academic qualifications; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience and education considered.
v A minimum of 2 years experience in one or more of the following areas or combination thereof: Compliance, Privacy, Risk Management, Transactional Fraud, Fraud Operations or Legal Support; prior online experience in Privacy-related project or program management is a plus.
v In-depth knowledge of social media and the technologies that support it.
v Exceptional written and verbal communication skills using a variety of communication channels.
v Ability to work extended or non-traditional hours on occasion to support emergency situations may be required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: MANDARIN OR BAHASA
