老公目前是EP，basic salary是7500，allowance是3000，我刚找到工作，需要婆婆来帮忙带一下小孩，想申请LTVP，但是看到现在的salary要求是basic的10000，不知道gross达到的话，有批的可能性么

应该是不能提交申请吧。具体你应该咨询一下EP持有者的HR。

对啊，就很烦恼，不能申请LTVP的话，是不是只能旅游签证了，最多待两个月是么

你们是EP担保的LTVP，所以需要查MOM网站的，这几段是MOM网站上摘录的。。。
可以加在一起的是固定的allowance。。。 -

太感谢啦！我老公公司的hr不给力，给她看了mom这段话才觉得是可以去申请，现在已经批下来啦，也分享这个经验给论坛中类似情况的朋友么，只要是fixed的allowance也是算在basic salary里的（for LTVP)
