请教各位大神,房贷要repricing,MayBank的贷款,大概还剩余68万左右的贷款,目前提供的方案有2种,一种是Fixed Rate,一种是Variable Rate,另需付800-1000左右手续费。具体配套如下:

问题1,预计利率的未来几年走势,大家觉得是选Fixed Rate好,还是Variable Rate好?

问题2,目前是否有另外的银行贷款整体算下来会更划算的?(换银行需要额外花律师费+Valuation费,估计2500-3000左右)
