Verify approved Project and Turnaround work scope at field and develops detailed work step activities with craft type, estimated hours, materials and logistics plans.
Assess job to understand and develop optimal plan to achieve turnaround premises which may include safety, quality and cost performance.
Drives the planning activities to develop plans, work packages, bills of materials, and estimate of resources.
Level 3 schedule development and tracking for project activities to drive monthly capex expenditure delivery


Requirements
Degree/Diploma with majoring in Engineering
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a plant maintenance engineer in petrochemical industry, preferably with experiences in project and turnaround event planning & scheduling.
Able to deliver detailed planning Project/ Turnaround/Maintenance
Knowledge and application of turnaround planning and IT tools like Primavera P6, MS Power-point, Excel, Word, Access and SAP are essentialScope:

Plan, execute and supervise routine servicing, inspection & maintenance activities on static & rotating equipments, plant change (PCR) work & near miss follow-up as assigned.
Develop static & rotating equipments preventive maintenance work schedule in consultation with other Plant Engineers and track performance.
Provide technical assistance & engineering advice to Operations, Technologists & other relevant stakeholders in resolving plant technical availability & reliability issues.
Initiate and contribute to plant integrity & mechanical equipment reliability improvements. Troubleshoot & lead defect elimination/causal learning/root cause analysis to eradicate faults.
