请问大家拿到pr多久以后可以申请公民，一般申请了多久通过呢
高山流水 • • 11113 次浏览Pr去年拿到的，有的人说两年后才才可以申请公民，也有人说一年就可以。
男，快35了，单身，在犹豫是应该等入籍买hdb还是直接买公寓好了。买公寓的话承担不了位置好的那些，而且感觉月供不会很轻松，所以更倾向于买位置不错的八九十万到百万出头的hdb。
求分享经验。谢谢

如果hdb能承受90w左右的 那公寓承受力大概就是double

怎么理解呢。gross大概将近8000，存款三十万出头而已。。。
一百八十万的公寓想都不敢想呢 -

目测8000也就能贷款买70+的hdb吧 和题设不符啊而且利率这么惊人的低 多付cash或者用oa斯不斯太亏了？

现身说法我是来新1年半申请PR, 8个月通过，PR满一年申请SC, 一年后批准。薪水，存款都跟你差不都。差别就是一家四口申请。
买房的建议是直接上公寓。而且别买一般的地段。要买靠近市中心的公寓，小户型，而且学区房。几年后转手能赚钱的话就换大公寓。起码不会亏钱。我本来跟你想的一样，买市区的resale HDB.现在转换思路，直接上公寓了。Just OTP. -

天下没有免费的午餐喽住公寓可以享受设施。有得有失。
一条忠告，照现在这个公寓的价格趋势，以后这些钱就不一定买得起了。而且HDB价格。。。 -

申请绿卡又不看存款和房子。但是非本地学历，月薪只有 8K 居然 2 年多拿到 PR，3 年多拿到公民？这个运气爆棚啊。

层主应该是很多年前的case吧14年之前这种情况很容易就过了，那个时候的8000很可以了。

现在ICA 网站明确写了需要PR满2年才可以apply哦
朋友去年PR满2年申请，等了整整1年，最近公民批了。薪水和楼主差不多，不过是一人带俩娃申请的。
You are eligible to apply for Singapore citizenship if you:

Notes on Submission
1. Have been a Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) for at least two years and are aged 21 and above (you can apply together with your spouse and any unmarried children aged below 21 born to you within the context of a legal marriage or legally adopted by you).
You will need to log in to MyICA using your SingPass and apply for you and your family.
2. Have been a PR for at least two years and have been married to a Singapore citizen for at least two years.
Your spouse will need to log in to MyICA using their SingPass to sponsor your application.
3. Are an unmarried child aged below 21 born within the context of a legal marriage to, or have been legally adopted by, an SC.
Your Singapore Citizen parent will need to log in to MyICA using their SingPass to sponsor your application.
4. Are a PR studying in Singapore; and have been residing in Singapore for more than 3 years (of which, at least one year as a PR); and have passed at least one national exam (i.e. PSLE, GCE ‘N’/‘O’/‘A’ levels), or are in the Integrated Programme (IP).
If you are aged 15 years old and above, please apply for a SingPass and log in via MyICA to apply. If you are below 15 years old, any Singapore Citizen can sponsor your application via their MyICA account.
5. Are a PR and an Aged Parent of a Singapore Citizen.
Your Singapore citizen child will need to log in to MyICA using their SingPass to sponsor your application.

ICA有改动过我记得很多年前的时候确实写的是满一年就可以申请
后来不知什么时候改成两年 -

我记得要求是最少两年才可以申请。所以我当时PR2年申请citizen,然后9个月批。本地degree.

个案拿到pr一年半多申请的公民，申请了3周多通过。薪水当时4K多，有HDB，无存款。

满一年可以申请保险起见 你可以一年半的时候开始申请，这样批到你的时候也就满两年了.

现在1年就可以交材料了 只是可能还不被考虑 但是再过1年就是pr满2年 […]最快这样就可以approve了

朋友PR7年或8年的样子（11年毕业的）他带孩子申请，好像是六个月拿到公民。（去年三四月份有聊他要申请，去年十月份拿到的）

申请公民材料里的Foreign ID CARD是必须的吗？这个Foreign ID CARD是咱国内的身份证吗？
如果还是，那还要去翻译公证？
