BTO optinal component scheme

OCS – Optional Component Scheme Flat buyers can choose to have the following component(s) installed in the flat:- For 3-room and bigger flats
(i) Floor finishes
(ii) Internal doors and sanitary fittings (iii) Kitchen partition wall (where applicable) The cost of the chosen component(s) will be added to the flat price. Please refer to OCS information leaflet for more details.

HDB有给BTO装地板，门，厕所的配套，想问问大家都有跟HDB拿这个配套吗？还是大家都是自己在外面找ID或者contractor 做？

没有装修经验，不知道外面的市场价怎么样，会不会比HDB给的配套贵很多。希望有经验的朋友可以分享一下，谢谢。
