确实她现在在另一家雇主那里工作，下一个雇主就是我们家。可是如果她不结束她现在的雇佣关系，我就不能给她申请work permit。如果等到她最后一天，我再给她申请，起码也要几个工作日才能批准，这期间不是算非法逗留了吗？
