Traffic Offence appeal

收到Notice of Traffic Offence. 罚款要在2月18号还，并且还有If the fine is not paid you will have to go to court and pay a higher fine.

信大概在1月20号收到，然后2月3号去网站上appeal. 现在appeal结果还没出来。

我理解的是我可以等到appeal结果出来再看要不要还。不知道对不对。谢谢大神们
