RT。买的二手房，最近刚拿到钥匙。原房主装修的还算OK，所以不打算大动了。目前联系了2家ID，一个contractor，看报价的话，比较倾向于选择这个contractor。
想请板上的大神们帮忙参考一下这个报价是否合理？有没有砍价的空间？如果有的话，需要怎么样砍价比较好？
