公民和外国人买二手HDB双方都不可以持有海外房产吗

HDB OWNERS CAN NOT HOLD OTHER PRIVATE PROPERTIESA lot of SG people bought properties in JB , especially Malaysian SPR owned properties before they get their PR,
there is so far no system can check properties in China Locally , however , JB still able to check if HDB send someone
or engage agents to check at Malaysia . -

这是近些年的规定.以前没有买HDB, 就不能有海外资产这种规定.
如果马国PR买房在规定之前, 那完全没有问题.
