2手组屋买家要承担中介费的7%gst吗?

小女这个月otp了二手组屋,中介除了收了5千支票,还额外要了310现金。又过了1个星期后收到中介的公司来信,内容主要是催缴中介费。但除了1%的中介费,还额外charge了7%的税. 房产小白想向大神们提问,这gst收费合理吗?
小女和父母首次买房,不是很懂,先谢谢大家了!
屋子需要粉刷,安装厨房钢化玻璃门和做一个衣柜,顺便求大家推荐便宜又好的油漆师傅和木工师傅,感激不尽!

    要,绝对要的我记得agent都会说手续费加gst。。。。我记得agent都会说手续费加gst。。。。

    check the contract if gst is included.If you buy things in supermarket, gst is included in price.
    but if you consume in restaurant , normally gst is not included in price.
    So, you need to check contract. It can be argued before you sign the contract with agent.If you buy things in supermarket, gst is included in price.

    If you are in good position in bargain ,you can ask agent to absorb gst before you sign contract with agent.you can ask agent to absorb gst before you sign contract with agent.

    seems you are just arguingif you know a bit of today's market, how can a seller have a good position?
    if you are just talking about theories, your message is also wrong.
    GST is legal requirement, unless your want to be illegal, GST MUST be paid.
    The portion you can bargain is agent's commission, but no matter how much is the commission,you still have to pay GST!if you know a bit of today's market, how can a seller have a good position?

    其实我觉得gst是小事
    肯不肯卖力找房找人谈价钱才是重要的

    是这样的没错如果好的中介,给他gst我也愿意的,毕竟帮我买到心仪房子。

    我对我们当时那个中介也不满意,什么政策都搞不清,然后我提的几点要求他也不管,总带我们去看我们早就说过不会考虑的那些类型的房子,我说了好几次我不要离地铁远的,走廊的,低楼层的,太旧的,结果他总叫我去看这些,浪费我们周末时间,我们居然也忍了没换刚好就看上了一套。随随便便在他手上买了也真是算他赚的轻松了。如果好的中介,给他gst我也愿意的,毕竟帮我买到心仪房子。

    ask agent , 1% * 93% is his commissionand buyer still pay gst 1%*93%*7% and buyer still pay gst 1%*93%*7%
