新公民换组屋

1.可以将现有组屋卖给公民方吗?如果可以,可以申请津贴吗?
2.假如不换现在组屋,直接买公寓, 万一将来组屋enblock, enblock 后有公寓时还能选新组屋吗?

那还不如换一间买,现在就是比较担心现在的房子卖不出,房龄比较大了

没有想过假离婚,而且完全没必要。
把现在的卖了,买另外一间就可以了,只是想省事看看能不能自己卖给自己 -

我来回答楼主的第二个问题。答案是可以，但是必须搬到新买的hdb住，住满规定年限后才可以出租。

先在好像又回去，有公寓不可以买组屋了。有公寓，要卖掉30个月，才可以bto

Enbloc有公寓也是可以拿新组屋,楼主可以直接买公寓，以后政策变不变不知道，但是会按照市场价再加一丢丢赔你
