但如果从小在中国长大受教育的话，那个时候刚好是高中，能推迟服兵役的时间么？

可以放弃新加坡国籍，但是要先服完兵役。不过政策是会变的，谁知道10多年后[…]的政策是怎样呢。的政策是怎样呢。
