电动自行车还要上牌？

电动自行车本身有要求，要是符合规定的才可以直接注册
淘宝买的这些要通过授权车检上的检查才可以注册
New PABs which have not been approved and sealed must be sent to select LTA-Authorised Inspection Centres[1] (AICs) for inspection, approval and sealing. Only PABs which meet the latest technical requirements[2] will be approved and sealed. The AICs will register the PABs at the same time. The S$50 registration fee and other fees for inspection, approval and affixing of LTA’s seal will apply in these cases.

是的，最好不要在淘宝买，就怕不合规格。在LTA注册后还需要去做车牌的地方做牌照，然后找个电动车商店帮你装上，反正一堆事情，我才把我妈的电动车搞定
