谁有通过vpost买的日本亚马逊需要退货的经验
天行 • • 56793 次浏览日本亚马逊买了个耳机，然后vpost运回来发现有很严重的损伤，还有很大可能是假货。损伤确定不是因为运输造成的。现在申请退款倒没什么问题。不过日亚要我自己付运费。我如果运费50左右我就自己付了，吃亏买个教训。所以问题来了。。。谁知道vpost提供这种服务吗？就是我寄回vpost日本那里。他们帮我寄回亚马逊。。。不然就要和日亚撕逼了。。。

退过美亚的东西 直接去邮局从新加坡寄过去就好了一般便宜的东西跟客服一说 客服就全额退款了。。
估计这耳机很贵吧？ vpost没有从坡寄出去的服务吧

问题是邮费。。。现在日亚不给付。。。

官方回复如下。。。However, we would kindly ask you to return the item you received in order to investigate into the problem. Please follow the following steps below;
When you use a freight forwarding services and your item is currently outside of Japan, we cannot cover the return shipping fees for returning from outside of Japan. Amazon.co.jp is not responsible for any problems you incurred by using a freight forwarding company. (You can refer that at our help page :http://amazon.co.jp/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=201714670)
For above reasons, if the items are currently outside of Japan, follow the steps below;
1. Please return to the forward company in Japan by using your preferable local carrier.
2. From forward company, please send back to Amazon.co.jp return address at our expense. You can find Amazon's return address and view a return mailing label via the link below. However, we would kindly ask you to return the item you received in order to investigate into the problem. Please follow the following steps below;

我觉得日亚不肯报销海外邮费也是正常的啊。。因为你最开始就是寄到日本的地址了嘛。。 不过亚马逊客服一贯很赞 也许换个客服多磨磨人家会给你报？。。。
我觉得最省事的方式就是直接寄回日亚地址了
直接寄到日亚地址 跟 寄到vpost日本地址应该是一个价吧？
vpost如果帮你退包裹给商家是要收6.5新人工费的。。而且还要再跟vpost那边人协商。。感觉花那么多精力不值啊。。
只能说海淘有风险 下单要谨慎了 哎 可能运气背了点吧 算积累经验咯 =）
