Admin & account assistant:
Responsibilities:
General office administrative duties
Basic company accounting
Handling of mails and couriers
Any other duties assigned by the management

Requirement:
Minimum GCE O/A Levels
2-3 year related experience
Proficient in MS word and Excel
Responsible & committed to work
Can work well under pressure
Fast, meticulous and a team worker
Able to communicate in Chinese to service customer in China

Marketing Executive:

To market and promote company’s service
To manage new and existing customer’s accounts
To develop new customer base
Able to communicate with different people of all level, self-motivated
Have positive work attitude and pleasant disposition
Assisting Manager on various projects

A recognized Degree or Diploma holders with 3 years working experience in the marine or shipping industry
Sales driven, creative, dynamic, out-going and independent
Able to perform multi-tasks, excellent organizational and communication skills
Able to build strong rapport with customer and enjoy meeting people
Service and people oriented individual
Team player with high Adaptability level and self-motivated
Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
Strong Project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects
Fluent in speaking and writing English and Mandarin, dialects knowledge an advantage
Good writing and conversational skills
Good computer skills (MS Excel, Words and Powerpoint)
Singaporean/Permanent resident only
Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
Preferable Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
