这个是律师行给我的（银行贷款），所以里面的us 指的应该是律师行。

　

问题（1）， 这个property tax是指什么，是每年交的房产税吗？4%或者10%是指租金的4%或者10%吧？还是指购房需要交的税。4%和10%是房产总额的？

　

问题（2），Kindly inform us when the property tax for your property has been separately accessed in order that we may assist you to apportion and claim for the reimbursement from the developers' share of the same.

完全不懂，怎么叫separately accessed，怎么叫claim from the developer's share of the same...

　

问题（3），Kindly ensure that the correct tax rate is applied to your case in due course. 　我的tax rate是什么？我不知道的啊。。应该是4%？我怎样ensure，in due course他也没提什么时间之前。

　

后面还有IRAS什么的，就是说如果我的tax rate不对我要填表告诉IRAS的意思?
