我是老婆sponsored的PR，现在想在网上预约一个公民申请的日期（主要是想看看最近的slot到什么时候），但是填完ic号码后提示错误 “we are not able to accept your request for an appointment...."

我成为pr快一年了。但是我想知道这是因为我时间不到的原因还是sponsored PR不可以单独申请公民？

求有经历的来解释一下。
