每季度可能会有一些出差的需求。

工作时间：9am-6pm    5天   年假：10天。

Roles
Project Executive is working closely with our Operations Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes for projects.
Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and completing reports. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Responsibilities
-To coordinate with variety stakeholders and to ensure the deliverables of the assigned projects are conforming to the schedule and the requirements of clients;
-Brief contractors on project set-up requirements and timelines;
-Liaise with internal team on project & site drawings;
-Liaise with internal team and vendors on projects;
-To ensure project problems are well solved and rectified to meet client's expectation;
-To work independently in all aspects of project management.

Requirement
1.3-5 years of related project management experience at site furniture installation experience/ or interior fit out especially retail fixture project.
2.Good knowledge in technical process;
3.Able to articulated with sub-con & workers;
4.Min 'O'/Diploma/Degree holder;
5.Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
6.Able to multi-task, work under pressure, independent and to meet tight deadlines.
7.Good team player with strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skill.
8.Able to take on night work and weekends during projects.
9.Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
10.Travel in SEA and India required.
