Salary: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Working time:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm, 5 days per week
Requirements:
- Experience in managing sales operations and leading a team effectively.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and backend management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide outstanding customer service.
- Proficient in using online order management systems and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with the books and stationery industry is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands during peak seasons.
