我们是中国最大的ERP软件公司用友网络旗下的海外分公司---用友软件新加坡分公司。我们是一支正在努力扩张的团队，目前需招前台兼行政一名。准证要求： 公民或者永久居民，有一定的独立工作能力,愿意学习新的知识和接受新的挑战，由于需要接听电话，需要有基本的英文对话能力。薪水2500-2800。5天工作日，工作稳定环境舒适。工作地点SUNTEC CITY。能马上开工者优先。公司直招，谢绝中介。有意者请发邮件至[email protected]

Responsibilities
General Administrative work. Include but not limited to handling phone calls and undertake reception duties
Maintaining the office enviroment
Data entry
Manage company different kinds of purchasing acitivity including office supplies, air tickets and outsourcing project related activity etc.
Prepare monthly attendance report
Accomendation arrangment
Provide administrative support to Financial & HR Manager
Perform other ad-hocadministration tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements
Minimum “O” Level
Goodknowledge in Microsoft Office Words, Excel and PowerPoint
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to learn and long term work /develop in organization
Experience in administrative work with accounting/HR knowledge will have an advantage
5days work week
Must be able to converse in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts from China
Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR need to apply
