RequirementProject EngineerRequisition ID2946468ExperienceFresherNationalityWe are looking for Singaporean or PR candidatesWilling to work on rotational shift:7 am to 4 pm, 2 pm to 11 pm & 5 pm to 2 am (Every 2 weeks rotational)Candidate RequirementJob Responsibilities:

• Will be involved in managing IT infrastructure support monitoring using various tools
• Review existing technical design documents and be aware of components in scope
• Staff will be required to upkeep , manage / maintain the availability of supported technology
• Staff will be required to work on / troubleshoot basic level ,monitoring alert incidents raised for supported technologies
• Work on project tasks (Service Requests) to enable new services , change / modify existing services based on user requirements
• Manage the IT infrastructure and provide information to requesters about access , batch jobs
• Learn and operate in ITIL framework
• Daily health checks
• Report generation
• Knowledge transfer from L2 and L3 based on scope
• Scheduling maintenance tasks
• Setup and enable real time monitoring
• Incident follow up
• Scheduling periodic patch sets on dev and Production
• Restore
• Call customer to complete/correct DBA requests
• Initiate or update Document procedures
