是不是意思不让房间出租？

租房间的太多了吧我只是听说不能整租出去

理论上确实是需要得到银行许可实际操作中根本没人做，银行也不管的，做中介这么久，只是在商业地产中碰到过一次，业主破产，银行强制拍卖，租约无效，租户的损失由业主承担。
