Grab好像从信用卡乱扣费了
万法自然 • • 1418 次浏览Grab绑定了信用卡。 最近查信用卡账单，发现有两次用Grab打车后，除了自动扣除了打车费用后，会有多一个交易，小额的扣款，2~3新币。
问题是在Grab APP查不到关于这笔扣款的任何记录，而且也没有任何E-receipt发送。
联系Grab客服，也解释不了这笔扣款是怎么回事。说他们的团队会调查后，用邮件联系。
如果不是多看了几眼信用卡账单，这些不起眼的小额扣款就过去了。
我感觉这完全是盗窃跟滥用授权。
大家绑定信用卡的也小心了，仔细查一下Grab的扣款。

我上周末也是double charge了用APP里面的客服沟通，差不多1个小时前就退回我信用卡了，很快的。不过可能要看你的今天什么情况。。

电话都打了几次 grab pay card

试下写邮件/文字投诉呗打电话说不定是个新手在处理。。有文字记录的依据可能靠谱点。我没有打电话的。

我也被扣了！没用的…好像是必须要收的手续费… 我之前打电话问了… 说是交给政府的… 因为是跨境什么收入… 我也不懂…

Grab的回复For many different types of credit and debit card transactions, an authorization occurs before the actual purchase is processed. The authorization happens when Grab initially contacts the card holder's issuing bank to check if sufficient funds are available for the actual transaction.
Authorization for incomplete booking will be carried forward to the subsequent booking. This is the situation you have encountered.
