管理层没有发言权这两个都是淡马溪属下的国企，合并也好，重组也好，从来都是淡马溪说了算。然后两边的高层一顿抢坑占位，背景弱的只好出走。

至于谁吃亏谁占便宜，不好说，胜科股价跌是因为伴随着合并，它居然8分钱2配3配售新股，股本一下扩大2.5倍，等着吧，除权那天还有的跌呢

有区别吗?sembcorp marine本来就走投无路了啊
