LTVP Renewal不需要体检了吗？

去年给老妈办了体检了 今年给老爸办通篇没看到体检的部分。是不是确定不需要呢？有没有童鞋遇到过的？谢谢！！

This application is approved In-Principle on condition that the following documents are produced for completion of formalities :-
i) Applicant's existing Visit Pass
ii) Applicant's passport.
iii) Sponsor's NRIC
iv) 1 recent passport sized colour photograph which meets the following requirements:
The photograph image must be taken within the last 3 months;
The photograph should be in colour, must be taken against a white background with a matt or semi-matt finish;
The photograph image must show the full face and without headgear(headgear worn in accordance with religious or racial customs is acceptable but must not hide the facial features)
