个人情况： 有一套resale租屋，夫妻（一个PR，一个SC）一起买的，MOP已经过了很久。

目标：保留租屋，买一套公寓。

　

根据临帖的介绍，可以做到让一方做owner，另一方出来买第二套。

　

问了一下中介朋友一种方向，让孩子跟父母一方拥有一套租屋，另外一个父母出来买公寓； 中介朋友说需要夫妻decouple。

　

根据HDB网站，看到的信息是

Family nucleus

You must form a family nucleus with 1 of the following groups. Your:

  • Spouse and children
  • Parents and siblings (if you are a single SPR buying with parents, at least one of your parents must be an SC or　SPR)
  • Children under your legal custody, care and control (for widowed/ divorced persons)

买HDB需要夫妻（加孩子）,因为hdb网站说的是Spouse and children 而不是 spouse or children. 所以我的理解是要想保留HDB转到我和孩子名下，然后让队友去买condo（不付absd)的方法之后decouple.
请有经验的房屋专家帮忙捋一下思路，确认一下这种做法的可行性：夫妻一方（PR)跟孩子(SC)买租屋，夫妻另一方（SC)买condo。
