我在10月申请了那个family tie的entry permit， 然后ATP就出来了，昨天11号entry permit批了，我现在不知道是不是还得去申请个ATP,怕国内安检不放。然后那个entry permit跟假的一样，里面所有关于隔离的字眼都是maybe，maybe也需要在国内起飞前提交国内的测试结果，也提到了visa，这个我也去申请了以防万一，但是没有提供提前付款在坡这边测试的链接，我们家短期签证PR的父母。现在很懵啊，问题我懵没关系我怕国内安检大爷们也懵啊。
3 You may be placed on a Quarantine Order (QO)/Stay-Home Notice (SHN), and be requiredto remain at designated quarantine/SHN facilities for the duration of the QO/SHN according to prevailinghealth measures of the Ministry of Health at the point of entry in Singapore. During the QO/SHN period, youwill be required to take COVID-19 tests. If you fail to comply with the QO or SHN requirements, or refuse toundergo the COVID-19 tests, you may be prosecuted under the Infectious Diseases Act or its Regulations,and ICA may cancel your immigration pass under the applicable provisions of the Immigration Act or itsRegulations. It may also affect your eligibility for immigration facilities in the future.
4 In addition to the above health measures, depending on your travel history within the last 14days prior to arrival, you may be required to take a COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test within72 hours before departure, and present a valid negative COVID-19 test result to your airline for boarding,and to the immigration officer upon arrival in Singapore. You may also be required to take a Serology testduring the period of your SHN. Failure to do so would result in you being refused entry into Singaporeand/or your immigration pass being cancelled under the provisions of the Immigration Act or itsRegulations. Please refer to https://www.ica.gov.sg/covid-19 to find out more about the prevailing bordercontrol measures.
5 If you hold a visa-required passport/travel document, you would need to separately apply forand obtain a valid Singapore visa prior to your departure. Please submit your visa application via ICA’s eservicethrough a local contact/ authorised visa agent. If you already have an existing valid visa, you neednot apply for a new visa. You can check your visa status viahttps://eservices.ica.gov.sg/esvclandingpage/save .6 You must submit your arrival information, including your health declaration, using the SGArrival Card e-Service (https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard), up to three (3) days before your entryinto Singapore. Please produce this letter to the immigration officer upon arrival in Singapore.
(i)(ii)This approval letter is good for a single entry.Health measures are adjusted and may change at short notice in line with the COVID-19 situationabroad and the assessed risk of importation from arriving travellers. This approval letter may thusbe rescinded at any time according to the COVID-19 situation. If the prevailing health measuresat the point of your arrival requires you to serve your SHN at designated SHN facilities, you willneed to pay for the cost of your stay at the SHN facilities. Refusal to do so would result in youbeing refused entry into Singapore.
