打了个Grab，把电话忘记在车上了，没有记住车牌，因为联系使用的是丢失的电话，现在信息很难找出来。
打给自己电话，没有人接听。Grab 的客服，同样没有联系的机会。
发完电邮，会到这样，

明天周日，肯定也是头痛。大家有碰到类似事情，如何处理的。谢谢先

之前丢过手机在grab上面不过当时丢的是备用手机，所以用自己手机在grab上report。然后试图联系车主，没联系上。之后grab电话帮我联系，但奇葩的是车主换了电话，但没有通知grab，所以grab也一直没联系到车主。最后grab冻结了他的车，不能开grab了。司机发现问题，才联系了grab说早就把手机交去警察局，换了联系方式，在grab系统忘记更新了。
所以楼主可以借个电话打给grab的客服，然后它们可以根据你的手机号，查行程，查是哪辆车的，不要担心 -
