PR学生超过3年，过PSLE，现在上中学，咨询也是不合格申请
syqhobby • • 33657 次浏览Are a PR studying* in Singapore; and have been residing in Singapore for more than 3 years (of which, at least one year as a PR); and have passed at least one national exam (i.e. PSLE, GCE ‘N’/‘O’/‘A’ levels), or are in the Integrated Programme (IP).

申请是全面开放，却不代表符合条件的全面成为PR。。。

条件是Ica规定的，它指的可能是独自在新读书的学生，和父母一起申请的pr可能不一样。ica也许也需要审核父母的条件。。。。

看着PR学费三年内涨涨涨，孩子他爸又不答应带孩子申请公民，让孩子自己申请公民这个问题我也想了几天了，谢谢楼主答疑，终于不用纠结了。

同觉得这个申请是开放给独自持学生签证，父母都不在新加坡的留学生。不然的话，很多为了孩子而入籍的父母都只让孩子独自申请去了。

后来我问什么原因，得到的答复，可能是要独自PR在这里上学的才可以吧。但是ICA却又没明确说要这个条件。还要问了，不然浪费100元了。[lol][lol]

是的，相差太大了。孩子在这里习惯了，申请可以。大人，像我们这样的，要做公民还是真不习惯。

同样是ICA前天刚回复我朋友的，拿到PR半年，ICA帮预约了半年后的公民申请slot，感觉还是看条件，case by case

朋友也是学生在读，有O和A水准成绩
