[法律咨询]雇主是要付MC的费用的,我没理解错吧

我今天偶然看到了这条法令,雇员只要工作满3个月,生病去看病雇主是需要给报销问诊费的(无论是工作日还是假期),药费才是根据合同来的。所以理论上来说,如果看病花了20块没开药,雇主就要报销这20。即使公司买了保险,个人付了5块,公司还是要报销这5块的?

    wp 和sp 雇主要付100% 的mc 费用我有一个工人每个礼拜就跑去看个医生花最少百多块。。。然后连续几个月以后,hr 通知我们他不能renew wp 了。。。。然后我也就默默要我的admin做了后续的release 的工作。。。。所以说有时候那些人不要太聪明了。。。。

    其实要看这条, Employment Act 基本对象是劳力输出者或一线However, you are not covered if you are employed as a:

    Manager or executive with monthly basic salary of more than $4,500.
    Seafarer.
    Domestic worker.
    Statutory board employee or civil servant.
    If you are not covered by the Employment Act, your terms and conditions of employment will be according to your employment contract.
