过了一年的wareanty就只能自己修了吧个人觉得。

没希望得自己修 花钱找人吧

过了保修期，就好像买二手房一样，买家自己负担。

刚才电话了strata title board说不归他们管，让我联系BCA,我会联系他们，看看能不能解决。

如果不能解决，就只好找contractor了。

打电话问询了BCA, 他们说也不负责只能区消费者协会投诉

联系了消费者协会，不管他们让我联系Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore (REDAS)，负责人不在，下午继续联系。

感觉自己就象秋菊打官司，哈哈，权当练习英语口语了。

必须盛赞一下新加坡各政府部门，基本上都还是挺耐心的。

The Stainless Steel screw on self taping type , use back the same screw is possible .

Defects. Liability Pertiod DLP忘记一个部门，Controller of Housing , under URA, 这个是开發商监管部门，可以试一试，外面也有些替人 做 Claim 的，但是要花錢。Redas , 是一个公会，自己人管自己人，不知结果如何？

如果不行，再打给BCA,神马？这不又回到原点了么？

不过我还是决定再写封信，然后按照您的建议再召集各部门问一下，同时，也让contractor安排人手了。

打电话去了URA这个部门接电话的offier挺友好的，说明天找人打给我。

就是找到负责人真不容易，URA的main line电话留言真是各种脑残，好不容易选个号码，就叫你上他们website......

话说URA效率还是挺高的刚才officer打电话来了，告诉我负责人的名字，让我联络，不过刚才打电话去，负责人不在，估计要明天才有消息。

刚才发展商给我打电话了终于！

虽然我实在是不满处理这件事情上他们的态度，但是我还是认同他们所说的现象“有些人买了房子之后无休无止的抱怨，修这个修那个”

约了发展商这个周末去看房子。
