PR申请公民求助

现在家庭情况：我是PR，妻子和儿子是Dependent PR，如果我要在ICA网上申请e-SC，只有三种scheme可以选择：

• Singapore Citizen by Descent Scheme
  - Children of age 1 year old and below born outside Singapore to Singapore Citizen parent(s).
  
  
• Family Ties Scheme
  - Singaporeans sponsoring their wives or husbands and children for Singapore Citizenship.
  
  
• Economic Scheme
  - Applicants applying based on their own merits, aged 21 and above.
  

如果我要全家一起申请公民，请问应该选择哪一种呢？现在好像三种都不对啊
